Refund Policy
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Price Policy
Due to market conditions, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be incorrectly priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Castongia’s Inc. dba www.castongias.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
· If an items correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
· If an items correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
We also reserve the right to change any incorrect subtotal, total, tax rate or tax charge, or freight charge caused by any technical or programming error. While we make every attempt to verify prices and catch any errors before charging your credit card, Castongia’s Inc. dba www.castongias.com. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on incorrectly priced items or any other charges caused by any error whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Castongia’s Inc. d.b.a.. www.castongias.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Shipping Policy
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: US Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. If you would like to upgrade to overnight, the additional charges will be added to your total in the check-out process. All packages are insured accordingly and may have to be signed for. We cannot deliver to a PO Box. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday.
You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. If an item is not immediately available, we will notify you via e-mail.
If the order needs to be shipped outside of the continental US, please contact us via e-mail or phone and we will contact you regarding shipping charges.
