Castongia’s, Inc. is one of 6 John Deere dealer co-owners of the Indiana Spray Center (ISC).  The ISC is a joint venture specializing in the sales and support of John Deere Commercial Self Propelled Sprayers.

As a customer you have many excellent brands of self propelled spraying equipment to choose from.  The ISC understands that John Deere is just one of those brands.  As a result, as a commercial sprayer dealer we understood if we were to earn your business we needed more than a great product – because you may already have that in another color.  With the understanding that there were similar products to choose from, aftermarket support was the next place that a differentiation could occur.  As a result, we bring 2 products to the table.  The first is our product.  The second is our support.  Support that is designed to consistently exceed your expectations and earn your business one contact at a time.  Our support package includes:
 

  • More than 2 dozen certified sprayer technicians covering 67 counties in Indiana.  
  • 16 / 6 (16 hours a day 6 days a week) service on the John Deere sprayers we sell.
  • *15 minute call back from a sprayer technician to you / your applicator from the time you notify us of your problem.
  • *2 hour response time to you on a service call.
  • More than 10 parts stocking locations across the 67 counties in IN we service.
  • **2 complete machines on hand for the purpose of parts warehouses if needed (these machines are not rented, demoed, or sold until the pressure spray season concludes).
  • Deep commitment from 6 leading John Deere Dealerships in the state.
