The job opportunity for Castongia’s Corporate Sales Manger requires a significant amount of necessary skills, experience and education for consideration for this position.  Both a 4 year college degree and 5 years of Agricultural related Management or Supervisory experience are required.   Very strong computer skills are also required.  Experience with training personnel is very helpful and good organizational skills are a must.  Marketing experience is also helpful.   Recognizing trends and the ability to adapt to the cyclical nature of the farm equipment market is key to success in this dynamic field.
