For example, the Integrated Solutions team has a specific phone number (219-327-6676) that you can call or text to reach the entire IS team simultaneously. From there, we can assign team members to work with you directly to get your problem solved as quickly as possible. Instead of contacting a single team member, you’ll be able to ask your questions to the entire team and get the best answers in the shortest amount of time.

Currently, this dedicated hotline is available for our IS team, but we anticipate more of our teams utilizing this option over the coming months.
