Annual Remote Support & Data Management Package

$900*

  • Unlimited phone, email, text, or Remote Display Access support on precision farming equipment through our Precision Ag Support Line
  • Unlimited remote software updates on all displays, receivers, and attached rate controllers
  • Validate pre- and post-season data, and correct any errors using the John Deere Operations Center
  • Format and load prescription data
  • Check JDLink Connectivity and ensure the modem is synced to your John Deere Operations Center
  • Offer guidance on available John Deere mobile applications
  • Assist with digital files of field maps, data reporting, etc.
  • Access to an annual 2-hour on-farm technology training appointment**

*The Remote Support & Data Management Package is an annual auto-renewed subscription. In-field support is not included and is subject to an hourly labor charge of $170/hr.

**On-farm appointment must be scheduled during the active subscription year. On-farm training lasting more than 2 hours is subject to an hourly labor charge. Some restrictions may apply.

Boundary Mapping Rental Program

$500* on day one

Accurately map field boundaries with our Boundary Mapping Rental Program. You'll use your own receiver, our display, and our rental XUV to create your boundaries, which will be uploaded to your John Deere Operations Center account.

If you have a utility vehicle and the necessary equipment to map your field boundaries,  but would like assistance, contact our IS Team to schedule an appointment. In-field support is subject to our $170/hr labor rate.
